  1. Fully-paid Equity / Cash-out
  2. Complete PAGIBIG requirements

The Turn-Over Process

  1. Once your house is finished, the office will call you to get your documents for PAGIBIG/ HDMF interview. It’s usually on a Wednesday afternoon. If you’re not in Bacolod, your SPA will do it for you.
  2. Estimated 1 month after, the office will call you again to get your house keys, CENECO (electricity) and BACIWA (water) papers. Go to respective organizations and schedule a seminar, pay the fees and schedule the connection from the subd grid to your house.
  3.  Reside in the house. Wait for PAGIBIG to call you if it’s the start for you to pay the Amortization. You can pay convenient in different payment centers. 

East Villas Update as of April 2019

Currently (April 2019), all units in East Villas are taken or reserved. What you can do now is to waitlist under me, or “assume” the units below:

  • Two Storey: (big downpayment: spot cash around P400,000 to previous owner)
  • Two Bedroom: (total down of previous owner is P210,000)
  • Duplex 60sqm lot area 27sqm floor area. Spot down to previous client is P70,000.00 or payable in 3 months. Spot down to office is around P40,000.00

Company Background

East Villas is the 9th subdivision project of Bacolod South Homes Corporation (BSHC). BSHC’s most well-known project is the East Homes chain of subdivisions composed of East Homes 1,2,3 (Fortune Towne) and East Homes 4,5,6 and new phase 6 (Mansilingan). BSHC is also the developer of Bacolod South Homes in Sum-ag, Bacolod City and Santorini Subdivision in Eroreco, Bacolod City.

You Can Waitlist for Now

Available units: As of July 2018, we are only in the WAITLIST STATUS. Just reserve for 10,000 pesos and you will be given a priority number. Once my client transfers or changes mind, you will be the one who will assume his or her spot.

Opening units time-to-time: Some of my clients decide to work abroad or transfer units, that is why there are units being opened from time to time. To secure a slot, or get one from the upcoming phase 2, you can reserve now through a waitlist status. The cost is 10,000 which is deductible to your downpayment. You will then be given a priority number.

Withdrawable. Within two months, you can choose to withdraw your 10k or choose to wait.
